Do the windows come with glass installed?
Yes, we typically install glass at the factory to ensure safety during transport and ease of installation for the buyer. Onsite glazing is recommended only for very large products.
What are your standard payment terms?
Normally, a 30% - 50% deposit via T/T is required, with the balance due before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also accepted.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
We provide a five-year warranty for hardware and active components, and a fifteen-year guarantee for the structural integrity of the profiles.
What packaging options are available?
We offer bubble bags, bubble bags with wooden frames, or bubble bags with wooden cases. For bulk cargo or international shipping to the USA and Europe, we recommend wooden cases for maximum protection.
