Can we customize the products and add our logo?
Sure, our products accept customization, and we can laser logo, fire logo, and mark your logo/brand on the packing cartons.
What is your trade terms?
Most of our previous customers choose FOB, we also accept CIF if needed.
Can you provide samples before bulk orders?
Yes, we can provide samples, but you need to cover the sample fees and freight. Sample fees can be refunded in bulk orders.
What is the delivery time?
Generally, the delivery time is 15-20 days after receiving the deposit. Specific delivery time is related to your Order Quantity.
What is the MOQ?
For Trial Orders and to protect the products during transportation, we recommend a minimum order quantity (MOQ) of one 20GP container.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have strict quality control during the whole production process, make 100% tests, and provide the test report before packing and shipment.
