Our manufacturing facility specializes in the R&D and production of PVC-U plastics-steel door and window profiles. The plant covers an area of 60,000 square meters, with a yearly production capacity of 100,000 tons. At present, the facility operates 110 first-class extrusion production lines and more than 1,000 sets of precise extrusion molds.

We utilize full-automatic profile packaging lines and maintain self-contained testing and detecting instruments to ensure the quality of raw materials and finished profiles. We have passed the Certification of ISO9001:2015 quality management system. Our production control combines network technology, coding technology, and data analysis to maintain permanent quality records for every product delivered.
